LIFE COACHING

Psychosocial functioning relates to the behavioural patterns of individuals in their roles and within the systems that define their environment. Individuals react or respond congruently upon environmental situations, with the four dimensions of their inner world.

Multi-Level Neuro Processing (MLNP)

Multilevel Neuroprocessing is a process of somatic mindfulness; it is a body focused process dependent upon the brain and the body’s ability to heal.

Personal Coaching Sessions

The coach facilitates the respondent in the application of somatic consciousness strategies. The coach encourages the respondent to pay attention to the physical components of the different emotions and sensations, and the coach always maintains an attitude of acceptance and transparency.

JUNIOR ASSESSMENT PROGRAM

Most learners (and their parents), find it difficult to choose subjects for Grade 10. The reason being is because most students don’t know themselves, they don’t know the world of work (what different careers entail) and they don’t know university requirements.
