• Personal Functioning Profile:

During the assessment of the personal functioning the concept of ecometry is used which refers to the measurement in the context of ecology. Ecology has to do with the delicate balance of living organisms and their environment. Ecology is therefore the technology which quantifies the measure how people fit into their environment.

• Behavioral and Emotional style:

The Personal Insight Profile uses the Style Analysis Instrument and was designed to help people win, and to achieve a greater degree of success in their life and work. Achievers throughout history have had one thing in common – they know themselves and achievers don’t underestimate what they can do.

• Work Values:

Values are different from interest as they are not standards and people are inclined to develop more interests than values. Values are formed into a value system and contain a cognitive and effective component. In effect values are an intricate part of the working environment.

• Field of Interest:

In the practice of career planning the field of interest is seen as more important than career choices. The reason being that entry into the work place is more successful when the field of interest is determined; this gives a wider scope and determines the individual’s direction.

• Personal discussion:

A personal virtual session, which lasts 1-2 hours, is held where all the relevant information is discussed, this is to enable the students and their parents to refer to the reports afterwards.
